Q: What do I need to supply you with to start a custom track order?
A: When placing an order, there are a few things I need: the version you want me to replicate, the date you need it by (or if there's no deadline, let me know), sheet music for the song in your key (it doesn't have to be the specific version you're looking for, just in the right key), and whether or not you'd like me to draw up an invoice for the order. To that last point, some people like having an invoice for their records, rather than just casual payment.
Q: The song I want doesn't have any sheet music. Can you still make it for me?
A: Sheet music MUST be available for the song you're ordering a track for. Even if it's not the exact version you're ordering, it at least needs to be in the key you want. The sheet music must already exist in my library (which I'll let you know in our correspondence) or be available for purchase.
Q: How much does a custom track order usually cost?
A: It all depends on the song itself. The price is determined by the length of the song, size of orchestration, how soon you need it, etc. There's many factors. But, to give a range, tracks start at $60 and have gone up to $200.
Q: How long does a custom track order usually take?
A: Short answer; on average, it takes about 7-14 days to complete an order in a regular work season. Start and end of school years see the most orders coming in. Specific end dates are great to have, so please don't hesitate to let me know when you need your track by and I'll meet your deadline. If you order a track with no deadline, it joins my queue of other non-priority tracks and I work on each of those in commission order. I do offer priority on tracks, but there is a fee if the track is needed in less than 10 days.
Q: Do you offer transposed versions of your catalog tracks?
A: At the moment, I do not offer transposed versions of my catalog tracks.
Q: Can you transcribe piano sheet music for me?
